Visitor Access Made Easy
Say hello to convenience with our refreshed visitor invite feature! Send your visitors an access QR code and skip the hassle of registration. Here’s how to get started:
Tap the ‘+’ icon on the bottom menu of homescreen and tap ‘Manage’
Tap ‘Visitors’
Tap ‘Add Visitor’ to create an invite
Enter your building and floor level, meeting date and time, and your visitor’s company name
Tap ‘Create Invitation’ to proceed
Enter your visitor’s name, email and/or mobile number*, and tap ‘Submit’ to send the invite
*The visitor’s mobile number is optional unless you would like to send an SMS invite
